Hi, My name is David Parker and I am a professionally trained wedding celebrant (minister/officiant) based on the Costa del Sol, in the Malaga province of southern Spain. I am available to officiate your wedding ceremony throughout the Costa del Sol, Malaga province and often a little further afield, edging into Granada!
I am originally from the UK but I have lived on the Costa del Sol for many years now, enjoying my active role as a singer and entertainer. I am quite used to performing in the public eye! I was always interested in the role of a celebrant/minister, and the thought of a new challenge excited me, so I took the plunge and trained with the Celebrants Collective to become a professional celebrant for wedding and funeral services. The rest is history and I now enjoy both roles, that of a celebrant and an entertainer, I can even combine both, if required!
What a joy and privilege it is to be the one who officiates the wedding ceremony for a couple embarking on a lifetime together in Marriage! Like the couples I officiate for, every wedding ceremony is unique, handwritten to be meaningful to the couple, sharing their values and personalities.

I am a permanent resident of Spain and fully legal to work here, being self-employed and VAT (IVA) registered, meaning your booking is in safe hands! You should always use a fully legal celebrant (you would be surprised how many are not)! This ensures they will be fully traceable and can provide any legal paperwork your wedding venue may require, avoiding unnecessary problems. Using local vendors is also the best, as It also ensures they will be available on the day and not stuck at the airport with a delayed flight, for example!
Yes, I am happy to officiate Same Sex weddings, sexual orientation, religion and your beliefs are to be celebrated, as is love!
